In April 2018, BITControl converted its quality management system to the current ISO 9001:2015 standard. The certification was carried out by TÜV Rheinland.
The mission statement, policy and strategy were adapted in advance. We analysed all processes and revised some of them. This brings us even closer to the requirements of our customers and other interested parties. Even if certification is rather unusual in our industry, we are certain that the QM system will enable us to set standards and improve our services.
