PROVI ENERGY is a tool for analysing the energy flows of your wastewater treatment plant in accordance with DWA-A 216. PROVI ENERGY accesses the process data directly and delivers the following at the touch of a button
- Current characteristic values
- Consumption lists
- Graphics of ideal and real values
- a statistical classification according to DWA-A 216
- the current actual load
- the current actual and the theoretically required sludge age
- the actual and required dry substance concentration
PROVI ENERGY has two special features:
- All results are generated from online data. PROVI ENERGY is installed on a computer with access to the process data so that all results are always up-to-date.
- PROVI ENERGY also calculates ideal values and the theoretically required sludge age using the DWA-A 216 models and the current process data.
This makes it possible to adapt the operating parameters to the current load situation or waste water temperature based on the results from PROVI ENERGY. Deviations from the normal behaviour of certain machines are detected immediately.
