AQUA and BIO REPORT

Logging - Operating reports - Manual input
Daily, monthly and annual reports are created in MS Excel at the touch of a button via a simple user interface, documenting the operating process, operating results and special events. The data from the manual input (laboratory values, meter readings, etc.) and the online data are processed accordingly and written to an Excel template. The system-specific and organisational requirements of the client are taken into account when creating the reports. For the wastewater side, AQUA REPORT primarily takes into account the requirements from the self-monitoring of the federal states as well as the specifications from DWA M260 (for larger plants). The reports are clearly structured, contain statistical analyses, provide a quick overview and support the operator in his obligation to provide evidence. A large number of biogas plants work with the BIO REPORT reporting system. Here, too, there are industry-specific requirements and the report templates are agreed with the operator.

Operating Reports

Regular operational reports - daily, monthly and annual reports - must be prepared for the company and the monitoring authorities. With AQUA and BIO REPORT, the data from the databases is written directly into the harmonised report templates. New and amended specifications from the monitoring authorities are quickly integrated into the report templates.

User Interface

Creating reports from AQUA and BIO REPORT is easy. You select a button, then the data is read from the databases (online + manual input) and written to the Excel template.

Operating Reports in MS Excel

The operating report contains the 12 monthly reports, an annual report, spreadsheets for the monitoring authorities (EÜ, EKVO) and statistical analyses (DWA). The report template is harmonised with the operator until every column and every designation fits.

Manual Input

You can enter your laboratory data, weather data and meter readings manually, i.e. all relevant data for which there is no online value. Individual online measured values can be displayed or small calculations can be carried out for comparison with the manual input data.

Special reports - Individual reports

There are a number of special reports that have to be created due to the requirements of the monitoring authorities or other requirements. Some of these can be created automatically, reducing the workload for operating personnel and avoiding errors when transferring numerical values.

Sewage Water Report (RLP)

A "JSM" yearly sewage water report is prepared in accordance with the government to determine the annual polluted water volume. Here, the JSM quantity is determined and compared using various statistical methods (DW method, density average, annual duration curve, sliding minimum, number of dry weather days, water consumption and external water).

Operating Hours Report

The operating hours from counters and manual entries are written to the operating hours report. This can be integrated into the operating report (particularly useful for smaller systems) or created as a separate report.

Rain Water Building Reports Luxembourg

We develop customised solutions, such as an "RÜB" report created according to the customer's requirements, which is automatically generated from the local SCADA. This saves a lot of time and reduces the error rate for a large number of Rainwater Storages.

P total mean Operating Value (RLP)

AQUA and BIO REPORT can be used to integrate and automatically generate templates, such as the governmental P-total operating resources report shown here. The time-consuming collation of data from various sources at the end of the year is no longer necessary.
