Appointment of Sven Dichter and Daniel Adames as authorised signatories
On 18 August 2025, we celebrated a small but nice company party in BITControl's garden. With the best summer weather, good food and a relaxed atmosphere, we were able to honour a special milestone together:
With effect from 1 August 2025 Daniel Adames and Sven Dichter were appointed as authorised signatories. In the course of this, both also acquired shares in the company.
The succession process was prepared by the shareholders Norbert Meyer and Brigitte Jegen together with the new authorised signatories. The necessary steps were initiated and implemented at an early stage thanks to an open, collaborative dialogue. This close cooperation lays the foundation for the stable and continuous development of the company in the coming years.
Thanks to long-standing employees
As part of the ceremony, the employees Werner Frechen for 20 years and Ashraf Abou Assaf and Sven Dichter were each honoured for 10 years of service to the company and received a gift in kind and a bonus as a token of our appreciation.
