The sewage treatment plant Beilingen, VG Speicher is designed for 2,650 PE. Approx. 1,900 PE are connected.
Together with the operator, BITControl identified and implemented the following measures for the modernisation and energy and process optimisation of the wastewater treatment plant:
- Replacement of the old spiral aerators with a new aeration system with separate circulation and aeration, installation of submersible motorised agitator and positive displacement blower
- Installation of a baffle with base plate and baffle plate in the secondary clarifier
- Renewal of the switchgear with frequency converters
- Modernisation of the measurement and control technology for optimised operation of the wastewater treatment plant: level measurement, oxygen, nitrate, pH and sludge level measurement, automation and PLC programming
