In the days from 16 September - 19 September 2024, the entire development department was able to refresh and expand their knowledge in the field of programming at BASTA in Mainz. BASTA is a developer conference where leading minds within the .NET environment pass on their knowledge to others.
This year, the focus was on the topic of artificial intelligence. A workshop demonstrated how to use this technology. It was also made very clear to the participants that AI will continue to play an increasingly important role in the future. This will not be a technology that disappears tomorrow. It is therefore very important to engage with this topic.
BITControl is also currently working on the integration of AI in various projects. These projects can also be driven forward more quickly thanks to what has been learnt.
Away from AI, the principles of software development were also internalised once again in a course and the upcoming innovations of the C# programming language were examined.
