Data quality as the basis for every digitalisation application
In December 2024, we launched the AI project "Data validation using artificial intelligence methods" at the Riol wastewater treatment plant in the municipality of Schweich.ValideDB" started.
Together with the Mocons GmbHProf Oelmann and Björn Sonnenschein, we record the process data from the Riol wastewater treatment plant, check it for function and plausibility using artificial intelligence tools and methods and store it in a separate data room for the validated data.
This ensures that measurement malfunctions, deviations in measured values, errors or other inconsistencies are quickly recognised and reported. Missing or incorrect values can be replaced or supplemented using AI.
This validated data forms the basis for all digitisation steps at the wastewater treatment plant.
Collaboration between research, local authority and software development
We are very much looking forward to working with Mocons and the team from the Schweich municipality, Harald Guggenmos, Roland Blesius and Stefan Kratz.
We will integrate the visualisation and alarm functions into PROVI ENERGY. This will also ensure that connection failures or failed recordings are recognised immediately in this tool. BITControl's chief developer Ashraf Abou Assaf is in charge of this.
