Successful participation in the seminar for lightning protection specialists
We are pleased to announce that our team members Daniel Adames and Michael Lackas successfully participated in the seminar "Expertise for external and internal lightning protection" at the Haus der Technik in Essen. The two-day seminar, which took place from 19/09 to 20/09/2024, covered all essential aspects of lightning protection, including:
- Introduction to the terms and definitions of lightning protection
- Planning and implementation of external lightning protection systems
- Earthing systems in accordance with DIN 18014 and DIN EN 62305-3
- Installation and maintenance of interception and discharge systems
- Protection against surges caused by lightning strikes
- Testing and certification of lightning protection systems
With the expertise they have acquired in the relevant DIN and VDE standards, including DIN EN 62305-3 and DIN EN 62305-4 (VDE 0185-305-1, VDE 0185-305-4), Mr Adames and Mr Lackas are now ideally qualified to plan lightning protection systems in accordance with the latest standards.
This training enables us to further deepen our expertise in the field of lightning protection and offer our customers an even better service when it comes to protecting their buildings and systems.
