Daniel Adamaes organised a guided tour of the Bitburger brewery on 14.04.2026. The Head of Technology/Central Engineering, Dr Johannes Hankes, and Andreas Bach, Head of Automation & OT, guided us through the entire brewing process and gave us fascinating insights into the processes. The innovative energy concept with CHP, powerful heat pump and consistent waste heat utilisation was particularly impressive. Thank you very much for this interesting tour!
This was followed by the annual works meeting. At the Hotel Eifelbräu, Norbert Meyer, Daniel Adames, Sven Dichter and Brigitte Jegen reported on the major internal and external projects of the past year and presented the planning for 2026.
