Agile programming, Scrum and unit tests

On 2 and 3 August 2018, BITControl held an in-house training course for all software developers.
The focal points were:

  • Scrum as a simple and successful method of agile project management
  • Unit tests for automated testing of methods
  • Model View ViewModel (MVVM)

The seminar organised by Axel Mayer (software developer and Certified Scrum Master) and tailored to our needs was great fun. Now it's time to put what we learnt into practice.
